As 2016 draws to a close on what has been a dramatic year in the UK and around the world, the Zinc Group Ltd have once again reaped the rewards from keeping a cool head and staying focussed on what’s important, the customer journey and experience.
On Thursday the 24th of November Zinc picked up an award at the Collections and Customer Service Awards in Manchester for Best Technology, beating big names such as Microsoft, Zinc already renowned for its innovative use and development in the world of technology has become accustomed to winning such awards, winning several over the years, but on this occasion the award marks a milestone for the business who have in recent months begun to make its mark within the world of business process outsourcing, winning several major contracts within the arena of customer services provision.

The Zinc Group Ltd have indeed had a very busy year, not only investing in new technologies but also investing in new larger premises in Stratford upon Avon, whilst also expanding their existing offices in Glasgow to accommodate the growing number of FTE across both sites, Zinc also confirmed that it remains committed to investing in training and development of its people and stated that 2017 will see more advancements into the BPO market alongside its steady growth in the receivables markets.
