The Zinc Group are pleased to announce the launch of Zinc BPO solutions, the next step in our plan for growth in 2014, after a successful 2013 which saw the acquisition and integration of JBDR, Zinc have made the decision to expand its offerings within the contact centre management sector.
There is a growing demand within the UK currently from companies who are seeking ways to expand their own operations without the risk of heavy investment in technology and resource. Here at Zinc we have been quick to react to this with our existing clients and are now actively seeking further opportunities to excel in this space.

Over the last 18 months Zinc has moved into new sectors within financial services, which has resulted in new opportunities in the way in which we service clients, we have actively taken the decision not to run with the heard when it comes to selling our services, but to expand our horizons at a time when being innovative and even exciting can make the difference between success or failure, for us the latter will never be an option.

After a year of restructure and continued development Zinc have now have a dedicated site ring-fenced site with a 100 seat capacity, which is serviced by one of the most advanced dialler systems available today. “By absorbing the JBDR brand into our West Regent Street Office, we were able to take the Bath street office, which was formally JBDR and invest in a dedicated site which sits away from our credit management function, we have had some considerable interest in this service, as we have the ability to integrate a number of services not previously seen in this sector”, Dougie McManus.
