SOLUTIONS the next step in CUSTOMER

The Zinc Group are pleased to

launching “E” Solutions.
Zinc appreciate in today’s
environment, our customers prefer to deal with their finances in their own time
and a time convenient to them. Telephony is now not the most effective way for
them to communicate. We have developed and now launched the new Zinc self service centre at www.wewanttosayyes.co.uk This allows
our customers to deal with their account and finances through the use of our
bespoke interaction portal.
The new portal allows
communication through a number of channels which will facilitate our customer’s
requirements alongside a number of tools to help them make the correct
decisions, they can use:
